We post from New Delhi, India. Every order is packed by hand the same way: the record is taken out of its sleeve and placed beside it, both inside a stiffened board mailer, so the disc cannot cut through the sleeve edge in transit.

What it costs

Within India
₹150 flat, however many records you order.
Rest of the world
₹2,200 flat.

The postage is worked out at checkout from the delivery country and is frozen onto your order — if we change our rates afterwards, what you agreed to pay does not change.

How long it takes

  • India: usually 3–7 working days after dispatch.
  • International: usually 10–21 working days, depending on the destination and customs.

We dispatch within 2 working days of payment clearing. You can follow an order at any time on the Track an order page using your order number.

Customs and import duty

On international orders, any import duty, tax or customs charge raised by the destination country is payable by the buyer. We cannot predict these and they are not included in the postage.

If a record arrives damaged

Tell us within 7 days of delivery and send a photograph of the packaging and the record. See Returns and refunds — damage in transit is refunded in full.
