Delhi Gramophone Records

We buy records

One box or a whole wall. Hindi film, ghazal, classical, rock, jazz — original pressings and reissues both. If you have inherited a collection and have no idea what any of it is worth, that is the usual situation and we are happy to look.

Tell us what you have

A rough description is enough to start. Photos help.

We make an offer

Usually within two days. No obligation either way.

We collect and pay

We come to you, and you are paid the same day.

So we know whether we can come and collect.

However you would describe it is fine. You do not need to list anything.

Rough guess is fine — 'stored in a cupboard', 'some are scratched'.

No obligation. We will tell you what it is worth either way.

What we are usually looking for

Hindi film soundtracks from the 1960s to the 1980s, ghazal, Indian classical, qawwali, and Western rock and jazz pressed in India. Condition matters, but so does rarity — a worn copy of something scarce is often worth more than a clean copy of something common. Send it either way and we will tell you honestly.
